Extreme Dodgeball will start soon.  Check back for exact dates.

Dodgeball will be held on Fridays from 2:35 to 3:30.  Students from grades four and up are encouraged to play.  Please show up if you sign up, your team depends on you.

Students are to wear appropriate and modest athletic attire.  They will be given an opportunity to change after school.  Sneakers must be worn for safety. 

All health information must be current on file in the school office. 

Mr. Duda and Mr. Draxler will run this activity.  They are the only judges and enforcers of all rules.  Their decisions on the field are final.  Good sportsmanship is required at all times.  Players will be warned if demonstrating unsportsmanlike behavior.  Players may ultimately be ejected.

I have read the above information and would like to sign up for Ultimate Frisbee!  By signing up for this after-school activity, I recognize that the teachers and the school will make every attempt to provide for the safety of all involved.  However, I do recognize that any activity that involves running has inherent risks.  As such, I will not hold Our Lady of Hungary Regional School, the Diocese of Allentown, or any teachers of OLHRS responsible for any possible injury that may occur due to participating in a sporting event.
