Week of September 7 Grade 6
Social Studies: Sixth grade students are responsible for creating a current events notebook each quarter. All information has been given out. Please ask your child to see this information so you know what is expected. These notebooks are due one week before the end of each quarter - October 29 for the first quarter or October 22 for 5 extra credit points. Each child should hand in the first article and summary as soon as it is complete so I can check it and make sure it is done correctly before he/she does the other four. Math: Students received information about how to access the math and social studies books online. They need to complete the online registration for homework on Tuesday, September 7. If you do not have online access, your child should let me know. It is important to keep the information sheet with the user name and password in a safe place in case your child forgets. When a student is absent, I will not send home either of these books since they can be accessed online.
Grade 5
