SANTA SHOP
This year we tried
a new company called Gift Connections. The company was based
locally out of Orfield. The company was very easy to work with
and the students seemed to enjoy the new items. A BIG
THANK YOU to Marca Kreger and Denise Nika for chairing this
event. Thank you to all the volunteers who helped the
kids shop and wrap their gifts. The children truly enjoy this
event. Our total profit this year was $407.50.
CATHOLIC SCHOOLS WEEK
Sunday: We will be hosting Open House
From 10:30
-1pm Coffee/Juice/Donuts will be served
****Volunteers are needed and donations of donuts/muffins would
be appreciated****
Tuesday: PSA will be hosting a K-8 Ice cream party
Friday:
PSA is
having a teacher/staff appreciation luncheon at Red Lobster.
Saturday:
Is our annual family bingo night. Please send your ticket
requests in. The more advanced ticket sales we get the better
prepared we can be for the large turnout. |
FAMILY BINGO NIGHT
Family Bingo Night
will take place on Saturday, February 5, 2011 in the OLH gym.
Doors will open at 5:00 pm. The kitchen will be open for
refreshments.
The PSA will be
supplying the 20 bingo prizes. We will be holding a Chinese
auction once again this year.
. If any family would like to donate a gift/basket for the
Chinese auction you are welcome to do so. Please send your
donation into school with your family name attached to it. We
thank you for your donations.
We do need
donations of baked goods and snacks such as potato chips and
pretzels in individual snack size bags for the event. We are
also in need of volunteers to help on the day of the Bingo. If
you are able to volunteer please fill out the form on your bingo
order form or email Connie at
cdruck@ptd.net Thank you for your support!
